This maintenance-free alarm is suitable for houses, apartments and mobile homes. It detects polypropylene, are self-calculating to stay in range, and feature rate of rise technology to eliminate nuisance alarms.
This Universal Security Instruments smoke and fire detector features a large mounting base to cover imperfections in drywall, making it perfect for replacing existing alarms. Its quick activation battery pull tab makes it easy to install, while the deactivation key switches the alarm off and makes the batteries safe for disposal. Once the 10-year smoke and fire alarm is deactivated, the tamper resistant feature turns on to prevent deactivated alarms from being reinstalled.
