Return Policy

We have an easy 30 day return policy. To initiate a return, please complete the Return Merchandize Authorization Form and check your email for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning products. After your RMA number is received, please return the item(s) in original packaging, and write the RMA outside the package.

General Product Returns

  • Eligible Time Period: 30 days from delivery date
  • Non-Eligible Products: caulks, spray foams, mastic, tapes, conservation kits, clearance/hot buy items and items not in original condition

We want you to be satisfied with the products purchased from us, but we are unable to refund products that have been installed, for which the original packaging has been destroyed, or that are otherwise not in original condition and resalable. You are responsible for returning products in a safe, good condition, so please pack returns carefully. Upon receipt, a credit equal to the product purchase price will be issued to you through the same payment method you used to pay for the order. Returns are subject to a restocking fee up to 20% depending on the product. This fee will be waived if an order is placed at the time of the return for equal or more than the returns value. All refused shipments or returned shipments for which you were unavailable are subject to a restocking fee up to 20% or a redelivery fee in the event a subsequent delivery is attempted.

Note: In order to keep our prices low we are unable to issue a refund for any return shipping costs. Both the original shipping fee and the return shipping costs are non-refundable. The buyer is always responsible for all shipping costs for any refund that does not involve defective or damaged products, so please ensure that the products you purchase are the correct products for your water or energy conservation application.

Damaged Product Returns

Eligible Time Period is 10 days from delivery date.  Please fill out the Return Merchandize Authorization Form 

You should inspect all items in your order immediately upon receiving your order.  If an order has arrived damaged or you received the wrong items, you should notify Conservation Mart as soon as possible but no later than 10 days from the date of delivery. All packaging should be kept because the carrier may choose to inspect the damaged goods and shipping box at the delivery address. We may or may not request return of the damaged goods. If we do request that the goods be returned, Conservation Mart will provide a prepaid return label to be used for returning those items damaged in transit. Conservation Mart will replace the product(s) at no charge if the total amount of the product(s) are over $25. If the total amount of the product(s) for replacement is under $25, a refund, rather than a replacement will be offered to the customer. Shipping small one item packages drastically increases the chances for damage. We will not be responsible for damaged items shipped outside of the US.  Please provide any evidence of the damage, including pictures or video, in your RMA.

Defective Product Returns

Please fill out the Return Merchandize Authorization Form 

Conservation Mart will replace any defective products within one year from the purchase date.  If the merchandise fails during the manufacturer's product warranty, but after one year from the purchase date, Conservation Mart reserves the right to refer you to the manufacturer for replacement of the failed product. After 30 days, the customer may be responsible for any shipping costs incurred for warranty replacement(s) subject to the manufacturer's policy. For orders shipping internationally and to Hawaii and Alaska, customer is responsible for shipping costs for warranty replacements at all times.  If the total amount of the defective product is under $25, a refund, rather than a replacement will be offered to the customer.  Please provide any evidence of the defect/s, including pictures or video, in your RMA.

Undeliverable Addresses

If an order is returned to Conservation Mart marked as undeliverable, we will contact you for a valid address. You will be responsible to pay the cost of the returned package. You will also be charged for the actual cost of shipping even if you initially received promotional shipping. Conservation Mart is not responsible for incorrect addresses, 3rd delivery attempts or any other customer created errors.

Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows your order as delivered, and you have not received it, please email us at custservice@conservationmart.com with your order number. We will contact the shipper to find a resolution. Please note, we cannot replace or refund stolen/lost orders unless we receive a resolution from the shipping company. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
