Conservation Mart is a leading ecommerce website specializing in energy and water efficiency products. We have been helping businesses, state and local governments, and non profits achieve their efficiency goals since 2008. We are located in Lawrenceville, GA. We are seeking a motivated individual who can help drive our content and marketing goals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to learn and gain experience in the internet marketing arena and the fast growing field of green technology.
What you will be doing (Specific Responsibilities):
- Maintain our product catalog. This involves adding and updating specs, images, pricing and may involve some competitive analysis
- Work with sales team and manufacturers to identify promotions to increase sales
- Create email marketing campaigns, track metrics, and keep lists up to date
- Engage with customers through social media e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Power Reviews
- Create and optimize blog content to advance Search Engine Marketing objectives
- Provide proactive thoughts and suggestions regarding marketing initiatives and design
- Create a yearly marketing calendar based on sales history and national events
Qualifications
- 4 year degree in marketing, communications or equivalent
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Pays close attention to detail
- Strong marketing mind
- Wordpress experience is a plus
- Email Marketing experience is a plus
- Graphic Design experience is a plus
